Plugins and connectors

Updated September 14, 2026

Plugins add capabilities to Aleria. A plugin can include connectors, reusable skills, or tools for particular work. Open Plugins to discover what is available and manage the capabilities you use.

Understand the parts

A plugin is the package you discover and enable. A connector links Aleria to an external service or account. A skill supplies instructions for a particular kind of work.

Some plugins need an account connection; others provide capabilities without an external sign-in. Read the plugin's detail page to see its Connectors, Skills, and available information.

Enable a plugin

  1. Open Plugins and search for the capability or service.
  2. Open the plugin's detail page.
  3. Review what it provides and try its example prompts when useful.
  4. Enable it and complete any required connector setup.

A connection that was cancelled or failed is not ready to use. Return to the plugin detail to check the actual connection state.

Use it in chat

Ask for work the plugin supports, or select the plugin in the composer to make your intention explicit. If Aleria offers an enable or connect action, complete it and then continue the request.

Plugin availability is not a promise of unrestricted access to the connected service. Account permissions still apply.

See connecting accounts, connection permissions, and meeting notes.
