Connectors let Aleria use supported information and actions in external services. Manage them from the relevant plugin's detail page in Plugins.
Connect an account
- Open Plugins and choose the service you want to use.
- Open the connector in the plugin's Connectors section.
- Choose the connection action and provide any configuration requested.
- Sign in to the external service and review its permission request.
- Return to Aleria and check that the connector shows a connected state.
Some services require an administrator's consent or service-specific setup. Follow the instructions shown for that connector; the steps are not identical for every provider.
Choose the right account
Where a connector supports several accounts, check the account name or email before using it. Tell Aleria which account to use when a request could apply to more than one.
Start with a simple request, such as listing upcoming events or finding a known file, to confirm that the intended account is connected.
Reconnect or disconnect
If the connection shows Signed out — reconnect, open it and complete authorization again. Disconnect accounts you no longer want Aleria to use, and review any automations that depend on them.
