When a plugin request fails, check its state before repeating the action. An enabled plugin can still have a disconnected account or lack access to the requested resource.
Check the connection
Open the plugin's detail page and inspect its connector. Reconnect if it is signed out. If authorization was cancelled, start it again and complete the provider's return to Aleria. Confirm that you signed in with the intended account.
If the provider requests administrator approval, ask your administrator to review that request. Repeating the same sign-in without approval will not grant the missing access.
Check the request
Open the target file, mailbox, calendar, or channel in the original service using the same account. Confirm that the item exists and that the account can access it. Be specific about the item and account when asking Aleria to retry.
Review the plugin's listed capabilities. A connected service does not imply support for every action available in its own website.
Check the outcome before retrying writes
For actions such as sending a message or creating a record, look in the external service first. A interrupted response may not mean the action failed. Avoid creating duplicates while troubleshooting.
If the issue remains, record the plugin, account identifier, request time, and displayed error. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or API keys in the report.
