Aleria on mobile and desktop

Updated June 8, 2026

You can use Aleria in a web browser and through the available Aleria apps. Sign in with the same account and select the same organization to reach your work across devices.

Get the right app

For iPhone and iPad, download Aleria from the App Store. For other devices, use the download links provided by Aleria or your organization. Organizations with a private deployment may provide their own access address and installation instructions.

After signing in, open an existing conversation or project to continue working. If you do not see an item, check the account and organization first, then confirm that you still have access to it.

Work from your phone

Use the mobile composer to send a message, attach a file, or record voice input. Your device may ask for microphone, file, or notification permission when you first use the relevant feature.

Controls can appear in a menu or sheet on a phone even when they are visible beside the content on desktop. Available features can differ between app versions and deployments.

Notifications and access

Enable notifications in Aleria and in the device's system settings if you want alerts. Muting notifications does not stop an automation. Manage the automation itself when you want recurring work to pause.

On a shared device, sign out when finished. You can review signed-in devices in account and security settings.
