Use account settings to review your profile, security options, notifications, and signed-in devices. Available sign-in methods depend on your organization's deployment.
Sign in to the right place
Use the Aleria address supplied by your organization and the sign-in method offered there. If the flow sends a one-time email code, use the latest code for that address. If it offers password sign-in or an organization identity provider, follow that flow instead.
If work appears missing, check your email address and selected organization before assuming it has been deleted.
Review sessions
Open Settings and Sessions to inspect signed-in devices. You may be asked to confirm your identity before viewing or changing security-sensitive settings. Revoke a session you no longer recognize or need using its available action.
Signing out of a device is separate from disconnecting a plugin's external account. Review both when changing access.
Manage notifications
Use the notification settings offered in Aleria and the device or browser settings that control delivery. If notifications are missing, check both places. Turning off notifications does not pause an automation.
If you cannot sign in
Check the address, identity provider, email delivery, and any error shown. Use the password reset option if it is available for your sign-in method. Your organization administrator can help with membership or identity-provider access.
