Use Apps Builder when you want an application people can open and use, such as an internal tracker, form, or dashboard. Begin with the users and the work they need to complete.
Describe the app
Open Apps and start creating, or select Apps Builder in chat. Explain the purpose, the screens or actions needed, and the information the app should store or display.
For example: “Build an incident tracker for our operations team. Include a form with severity and owner, a list with status filters, and a weekly count by severity.”
Tell Aleria whether the app needs persistent data and who should be allowed to use it. Provide sample data or a reference layout when useful.
Review the result
Follow the build in chat and open the app when it is published. Test the main flow with representative data: create a record, edit it, and confirm that it appears where expected. If the app is intended for phones, open it on a phone too.
Publishing makes an app version live. Be explicit about your intended audience and review access controls before distributing the URL.
Improve it
Ask for specific changes, such as a missing field or a different filter, and test again after the update. Use the app's continue-building action when returning later.
