An organization is the administrative home for members, access, and the plan used by your team. Projects organize the work within that organization.
Invite and manage members
Open Settings and the organization's Members section. Use the available invitation controls, review the recipient and role, and send the invitation. If you cannot manage membership, ask an organization owner or administrator.
Choose roles based on the responsibilities shown in the interface. Administrative access should be given to people who need to manage the organization, not simply to everyone who participates in its projects.
Grant project access
After someone joins the organization, add them to the projects they need. Check access to the particular shared chats, Sources, agents, and apps they will use. Organization membership alone is not a promise of access to every private item.
For external services, the member may need to connect their own account through Plugins or receive approval from the provider's administrator.
When someone leaves
Review organization membership, project membership, separately shared items, and any automations or apps they maintain. Decide who will own ongoing work before removing access, and inspect account-backed automations that may depend on their connections.
Resolve access problems
Confirm the invited email and selected organization, then inspect the relevant role or resource grant. Include the resource name and error when asking for assistance.
