Aleria on mobile

آخر تحديث 8 يونيو 2026

Aleria has a mobile app for iPhone and Android, so you can keep working when you are away from your desk. It is the same Aleria, with the same workspaces, chats, and agents you use on the web. The mobile app focuses on the things you actually do on the go: starting a chat, capturing something quickly, and checking in on work.

What you can do on mobile

  • Start a chat. Ask a question, get a draft, or kick off a task, just like on the web.
  • Attach files and photos. Add a document, snap a photo with your camera, or pick an image from your library, then ask about it. For example, photograph a printed invoice and ask Aleria to pull out the totals.
  • Use voice input. Tap the microphone and speak instead of typing. This is handy when you are walking between meetings or driving.
  • Browse your chats. See your pinned and recent conversations, search them, and pick up where you left off.
  • Use your agents and skills. Open an agent your team built and chat with it, or see the skills available in your workspace.
  • See your sources and connectors. Check what data and connected tools your workspace has access to.
  • Manage your account. Switch workspaces, view your profile, and see organization and billing details in settings.

A typical mobile moment

You are in a supplier meeting and someone hands you a printed quote. Open Aleria, take a photo of the quote, and ask: "Compare these prices to our current rate card and flag anything above our approved limit." You get the answer before you leave the room.

Or you just finished a site visit. Tap the microphone and say everything you observed. Aleria transcribes it and you can then ask, "Turn that into a short field report with a list of follow-up actions."

What stays on the web for now

Some features are designed for a larger screen and are best used in a browser:

  • Boards, the live dashboards
  • Workflows, the multi-step automations
  • Apps, the tools you build and deploy
  • Tasks, the agent task board

You can still open the links these features produce (such as a deployed app or a shared board) from your phone's browser. The building and editing happen on the web.

Signing in

Download the app from the App Store (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play (Android), then sign in with the same account you use on the web. If your organization uses single sign-on, use the same method you use in the browser. After you sign in, you land in your most recent workspace.
