Rate responses

Updated June 8, 2026

You can give feedback on any response Aleria gives you. Your ratings help the workspace learn what works for your team and help Aleria's product team improve the experience.

Like or dislike a response

Every response has a thumbs up and a thumbs down button, usually near the bottom of the message.

  • Click thumbs up if the response was helpful, accurate, or well formatted.
  • Click thumbs down if it was wrong, unhelpful, or off topic.

You can change your rating later if you reconsider.

Add a comment with your feedback

After you click thumbs up or thumbs down, you can add a short comment to explain why. This is optional, but it is very useful. For example:

  • "This was exactly what I needed."
  • "The numbers are wrong. Please check the Q2 sheet again."
  • "Too long. I only needed a one-line answer."
  • "The tone was too formal for this audience."

Your comment is saved with the rating and helps the team understand what to fix or keep.

Why your feedback matters

Ratings and comments are used in two ways:

  1. Inside your workspace: they help Aleria understand your team's preferences over time, such as preferred tone, level of detail, or common corrections.
  2. For the product team: they show which kinds of answers are working well and which need improvement.

What happens after you rate a response

  • The rating is attached to the chat thread.
  • Workspace admins can see aggregated feedback in workspace settings.
  • You can continue the conversation normally. If something was wrong, tell Aleria what to fix and it will try again.

Best practice

If a response is wrong, do two things: rate it down and explain the problem in the chat. For example:

"That contract clause is outdated. We changed the standard terms in March. Please use the policy file I uploaded last week."

This gives Aleria the context it needs to produce a better answer on the next try.
